Projects are clearly defined and costs estimated in advance so you know exactly what you are getting.
The process typically starts with a telephone consultation. During the complimentary telephone consultation, we’ll talk about what your needs are, what you want to accomplish, and any time or budget constraints you may have. We want to make sure you are comfortable with the idea of hiring us.
After the initial telephone consultation, if you are ready to proceed, we’ll prepare a formal written proposal that outlines objectives, scope and approach, investment, project schedule, and deliverables.
We believe that proposal development must be a collaborative process. So, the formal written proposal is not set-in-stone until the proposed project meets your needs, expectations, timetable, and budget.
We typically schedule a follow-up telephone consultation to discuss the proposal.
50% of estimated fees are due upon project authorization. The project will not be initiated until payment is received. The remaining fees are due immediately upon delivery of the written report.
